 Dr. Cook has been in private practice in Fort Worth since 1985.  He has always been involved in the local community as well as a number of professional study groups focused on comprehensive care and advanced dental technologies. Dr. Cook attended The University of Texas at Austin and Baylor Dental College in Dallas and serves the local community as a volunteer with the Save a Smile program for children in need. He is a member of the Fort Worth Dental Society, Texas Dental Association, American Dental Association and various local and national study groups focusing on comprehensive care and advanced dental technologies. 

 Dr. Cordell has been in private practice in Fort Worth, Texas since 1985.  He is a graduate of The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas.  Dr. Cordell serves the local community as a volunteer with the Save a Smile program for children in need. As member of the Fort Worth Dental Society, Texas Dental Association, American Dental Association and various local and national study groups focusing on comprehensive care and advanced dental technologies, Dr. Cordell stays up to date with the latest procedures in dentistry. 

OFFICE MANAGER - Jean has been with Doctors Cook and Cordell III, DDS since 2004. She moved to Fort Worth, from Missouri, where she was also an office manager at a dental office, so Jean has lots of experience in the dental "business".  Jean has been married to Kevin for 30 years, they have twins!  

 Meet dental assistants to Doctor's Cook and Cordell, Lorie, Becky and Kimberly, who have been with the office for years adding experience, knowledge and lots of fun to the team.
